Position Available: Manager of Marketing and Membership Programming
Playhouse Productions, LLC is in search of a Manager of Marketing and Membership Programming for activities at the Bucks County Playhouse.
This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing on all Playhouse Productions marketing efforts.
The primary responsibilities of the position include:
Season/Show specific marketing, advertising and promotions for the Summer season (May-Sept) plus the Holiday production (Dec) including:
o Media planning (print, online, radio, etc)
o Web and Social Media development
o Promotional event coordination
o Grassroots/Community marketing efforts including coordination of street teams, local collateral distribution, etc
- Marketing consultation for all rentals and bookings at the BCP year round
- Coordination of all Membership programming including:
o Creating, maintaining and enhancing all elements of the Playhouse Productions membership program
o Maintaining membership renewals while cultivating new members and subscribers
o Enhancing the value of membership through direct member communications
o Working closely with new and current business members on cross promotional marketing opportunities
o Coordinating and executing all member communications and mailings in relation to all Playhouse programming
Qualifications:
Looking to fill this position immediately. Those interested in applying should have 2-3 years marketing experience within the performing arts, a bachelor’s degree, advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, superior written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. Experience working with a fundraising database and theatre ticketing system (Tessitura) a plus but not required.
