What are your box office hours?

The box office is open noon–5 pm Tuesdays thru Sundays and until curtain on days of performances. The box office will be open on Mondays 12-5 thru Labor Day!

Do you offer group discounts?

25% discounts are available for groups of 10 people or more.

Does my child need a ticket?

Every attendee needs to have a ticket. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theater.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds on subscription and ticket orders.

What is your exchange policy?

There are no exchanges on tickets unless you are a member or a subscriber. For more information becoming a member or subscriber, inquire at the Box Office or visit our Subscribers & Partners page or our Subscriptions page.

Can I buy gift certificates for a performance at BCP?

At The Playhouse

How early should I arrive for the performance?

Theater doors open a half hour prior to the performance. Please remember to leave time to park and pick up your tickets if they are waiting for you at the box office.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late seating is at the discretion of the production. Refund and exchange policies apply.

Am I permitted to record or photograph a performance in the theater?

Audio and video recording devices and cameras are strictly prohibited inside the Bucks County Playhouse.

Do you provide services for guests with disabilities?

The Bucks County Playhouse is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Call (215) 862-2121 if you have specific wheelchair needs.

Are food and beverages available at the theater?

Food and beverages are available at the Deck Bar, Gazebo Bar and our Lobby Bar. Food and beverage purchased at any of our three bars are allowed in the theater. No outside food or beverage is allowed.
